We represent investors in hybrid projects on non-interconnected islands. We were satisfied by the duration and the tarif levels ensured by the current regulation. We want to raise awareness among policymakers about the need for the new regulation to ensure project bankability. This requires for investors to get a secured tarif level during a minimum15-20 years duration, independently on a potential future island interconnection, with a tarif level allowing a project IRR between 7 to 10%, a regulation consistent with the European regulatory framework.
