There is a tendency to legislate even for issues such as education, instruction, knowledge acquisition, selfimprovement that there would be better dealt with by a different kind of agreement where the parts would better decide to find a way to come to terms without being biased by the hard, cold, legal imposition. In the case of the so called "eternal" or "stagnant" students , a very sensitive issue that touches almost every citizen, there would better be found a type of solution for each unique student ad hoc. As Greek citizens have undergone through torturing tests, and have exceedingly suffered at least since 2011, it would be unfair to continue to put boundaries to their dreams for selfimprovement through education, knowledge acquisition and instruction. It would be wise to consider all these enormous transformations that have taken place in thoroughly all greek educational system since 1998 so as to comply with market's demands ; transformations that have enabled its unaccountable competitive boost to E.U. standards. Considering some of the above as well as some other options and human factors, there would be better not to vote for a legislation against the so called "stagnant" or" eternal" students and trying to approach them in a nice, gentle way and offer them whatever exactly help they are in need of, not to give up their studies, not to freeze them but to help them keep their heart warm to their dreams for studying and selfimprovement something that may affect the common well being and the common good of whole social and economic entities .
