21.1. – It would be more consistent with international practice to allow Greek customers to set deposit limits rather than loss limits as they are more understandable. 21.2 – It should be mandatory for an operator to ask the player if he/she wishes to set a deposit limit rather than imposing the obligation for the player to set those limits by default after registering and before playing for the first time. The player should be given the opportunity not to set any limits if he/she wishes so.
