    22.1. All payment service providers, including those based in another EU member state, should be allowed to offer their services to Greek customers, provided that they are licensed in the EU, in order to ensure compliance with relevant EU law, in particular the Payment Service Directive. 22.4. – In the same vein, all payment methods should be available to Greek customers, provided that they are licensed in the EU, in order to ensure compliance with relevant EU law, in particular the Payment Service Directive, and ensuring that customers do not seek any alternatives on the unregulated market.
