This message is an english version of the one before. 1st reason I do not know well Greek. 2nd Reason Hope our Pri-Minister Mr George Papandreou might give a glimpse. Dearest Greek Government & Receivers of all these messages, I wish and I hope. I also have an expectation someone will read all the messages from the desperate colleagues and people working in this trade (Video Arcade Games), including myself . Yes I am one of them who has over 20 years in this occupation. My story is one unbelievable day during 2002, I do not have work any longer and I have a family of two children to feed.(That was from your behalf VERY BAD for many legitimate people doing a great job in the Video Arcade Games business) The past 8 years I have spent quite a lot of time over seas and in other countries. Always repairing Electronic Video Games .(which I enjoy, and I know well how to do) All these companies and people from all over the world which I cooperated, have accepted our knowledge and the reliability we can offer in this field. From my co-workers colleagues and me.(generally we did not loose intreats in the trade we are still hot) But Greece thinks of me and all my co-workers colleagues that we are a fraud we are double-dealers (criminals).WE ARE NOT ALL THE SAME. All ads up to what happened 2002 and everyone got hit below the belt. All this happened because Greece never had a way to examine a electronic game machine that is in the working shop arcade. Greece never had the right people to do the correct job and do it well. I hope the new committee is eligible for handling my future and a whole lot of other peoples future in this line of work. I hope these people who will be responsible for handling the Gaming laws and inspections are well trained and will not deceive and accept bribes as the inducement for some illegal act or omission.This is where it ends FOR ALL OF US. And the other reason is that there was never a stable legislation around this Trade. From what I can remember all machines after 1992 or 95 are illegal concerning the paperwork of Greece. (lists of games that are valid). What I remember new sega games were not on the list and shops were getting booked and fined for some stupid reason. All these years companies have been spending money on electronic games which the government does not accept. ( big brand names game machines) People have many games in warehouses (expensive games and classic games)Frogger excerion donkey kong pac-man old school games. What do we do with these games it will be an insult for an arcades game shop to open and not have a pac-man inside.( how do you connect pac-man to your systems) I have worked in fascinating environments with healthy laws and legislations regarding the electronic video games. Companies can constitute large task, employ many workers, construct exquisite environments to hold electronic games. Generally if there is a stable law this is a beautiful trade for work. Full of beautiful colors, lights, applied science, automation, computers, electronic components, hi tech, high tech, industrial science, machinery, mechanics, mechanization, robotics, scientific KNOWHOW, scientific knowledge. Fantasy,creativity,insight,innovation,originality,inspiration,inventions,perceptibility,thought,vision,interactive. I can use thousands of words to describe this environment of electronic video games.It is something I love doing and working around. This industry has room for many people engaged and to get engaged . Young and old Big and small. The concept is not only for customers to insert coins and play.(not only for the money) For an electronic game to reach a point where customers appreciate & accept to play it is a long story. But it makes you proud of your self if you see customers enjoy paying your games and leaving the game with a smile on there face. The more electronic games we have the more people will be engaged in work and play. Greek companies already in this field have the know-how to build and design games. But the laws and the environment is not giving them this chance. There is extremely capable people in Greece to make the difference world wide in this field. They only need a legitimate chance a true chance. The only way to compensate for the time and money we have lost all these years is not to make operating machines an expensive trade. Try to think video games are not making big money so you can not ask for big money. Everyone will give up and a beautiful field of work will get destroyed one more time.( You do not really care) Also video games should be unlimited for one arcade Games hall. I would love to see Pac man , pong , galaga and all the old school arcade games back in arcade games shops with beautiful cabinets striking lights. These are classic games and do not have many young customers. So how can a galaga or an excerion or donkey kong machine make its profit to pay the yearly amount. I would like to ask Mr George Papandreou and all his crew staff would you like to play old arcade games every so often in a beautiful clean environment which brings you back 30 years with all them sounds and video games? I would and I think you would to. So help us get our trade back make it cheep so we can survive. We will offer you the most legitimate co-operation with the government. I also like to note a thing about the legal age to play. I believe that all games should be checked one by one and get the legal player age. ( What Age Can Play Such A Machine) E.G. Sports games , car racing games, fishing games , positive question games and a whole lot are for all ages.(FOR ALL AGES) There are many Killer games being played by infants in many gaming environments with Concept of games sex killing and generally violence.(FOR OVER 15 YEARS MACHINES ) and ( FOR OVER 18 YEARS MACHINES) These games should have an age PERMIT to play.(IF CHILDREN PLAY BAD GAMES IN THE SAME ARCADE HALL SHOP SHOULD GE FINED) Like in the movies, disney movies are for all ages and in the afternoon or the next day in the same theater they show overaged movies. The movie is prohibited for children not the movie theater. Thank you for your time, and hope you make a good decision on how we can work. As I say it is the end of the beginning. Regards to all D.X.
