    1. A description of the marker(s) can be provided. However, the structure and full identity of each marker is proprietary. This information may be provided to the appropriate authorities, under NDA, if required for health and safety or environmental evaluation 2. Authentix markers have been provided around the world to control fuel movements and identify one product that has been adulterated in another fuel. Therefore no restrictions are anticipated at this time. 3. The marker shall be delivered by the supplier ready for use (as a pure substance or solution) without having to dilute the solution, preparing a mixture / reagent etc. 4. All markers and associated concentrates will be supplied with a certificate of analysis based on reference to standard materials. Since all Authentix markers are custom synthesized, the reference materials are internally produced, high purity standards. 5. To obtain the required detection accuracy, the concentration of the marker will be less than 1 ppm. 6. All Authentix markers are free ofmetals 7. Authentix markers are no more hazardous to humans and the environment than the fuel that is being marked. If required, markers are registered with REACH 8. All Authentix markers are compatible with the fuels being marked [Consisting solely of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen the marker ensures the uniform combustion engines together with the fuel.]. Addition of the markers to the fuel, even at concentrations many times higher than the normal dosing level, have no impact on the fuel specifications 9. The marker provided is immune to cost effective laundering methods. None of the Authentix markers can be supplied from the open market and cannot be mimicked or copied in any manner. 10. The marker, as a raw material or in a concentrate, is stable under all normal storage conditions for at least 1 year. 11. Marker concentrate can be added either manually or through automated injection. Typically the preferred, long term solution is by use of automated injectors. The type of injection method and associated equipment is dependent upon a number of variables and the configuration of the marking location(s) 12. Multiple markers, each using a unique molecule and detection technology, could be provided, if required, for both qualitative and quantitative detection 13. Detection can be conducted either in the field or in a stationary location such as the State laboratory Kyle Beedy Vice President, Oil & Gas Authentix Inc.
