Στην περσινή αναφορά της ENISA για την Ελλάδα (ENISA country report 2010 GREECE), στην ενότητα "Co-operation and dialogue platforms around NIS" αναφερόταν επί λέξη το εξής κείμενο: "It is noteworthy that the Directorate General of electronic communications of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Network has introduced to the Greek Government the creation of a “Greek Forum”, the aim of which would be to boost cooperation, knowledge sharing and competition between the Greek electronic communications and electronic network providers. It has been suggested that other activities of this Forum should focus on the exchange of information, the deployment of “good practices”, the dissemination of technical information, the guidance in the enactment of regulations in the subject matter area of the integrity of public telephone networks and the availability of public telephone services at fixed positions. The competent directorate general has suggested that certain public authorities should take part in this Forum, such as representatives of the Ministries of Interior, Economy, Infrastructure, representatives of regulatory bodies (EDET and EETT), as well as representatives of the Greek Consumer Ombudsman."
