    Please clarify whether the 10% discount for paying in December for the next year can also be added to the discount for over 12 meters paying in one go. Please also clarify the method on electronic payment. It must be able to accept credit cards and be in English at least, and not require a visit to Port Police or the dreaded Tax office. If so you will get a whole sale refusal to pay. Will the monthly payments be from the date of entry or from the 1st of the month. It is madness not to do it from data of entry. We would like to be involved in the implementation of the Tax as we can help with our experience of yachting in the area and help you implement a working and acceptable tax
