Dear colleagues at the Ministry of Civil Protection in Greece, This comment comes from the EU supported project Pol-PRIMETT : fight against metal theft. Society and economic operators are suffering from the metal theft phenomenon. Please inform: 1. How are you getting organized to prevent metal theft? 2. Are you in any form of synergies with the Private sector and Public Utilities to tackle the phenomenon? 3. What are your actions to control illegal scrap yards, preventing them from accepting stolen Metals? 4. Who is top responsible at Ministry for Civil Protection for Metal Theft prevention and which unit is empowered to deal with the matter. 5.
