Apart from all the practicalities involved, I doubt whether the legal motivation behind this law will stand up in a Greek court, let alone the EU courts. Who bears the cost incurred by the tax-payer to comply with this law and on every online purchase made ? On top of everything I think there is a strong case to be made that this would be an unconstitutional law in that it is "compelled speech". So, apart from being particularly ill-conceived this law itself would appear to be illegal.
