I have a general comment. I read most all the articles. I did not see, that does not mean that is not in the law, if the following scenario is included. As all of us know, companies invest to create factories, offices or research centers. One of the companies I worked in its investment application requests that the local government pays for the infrastructure. Roads, clean water, electricity, sewer treatment facilities, etc. The company never asks for subsidies as described in this law. If this scenario is not included, then I suggest that you give it a serious consideration as each of this company’s investments are in the range of 200 million to 4 billion dollars. Also, I suggest that you change the law and remove all the micro management aspects, otherwise no serious investor will be interested in investing in Greece.
